This great venue has trees, a river (duh, look at the name), lots of grass, a covered stage, bars/restaruants/car musuems within walking distance, hotels nearby and lots more. Come check out great vendors and the sickest 1964 and prior do-it-yourself traditional rods, kustoms and motorcycles on the planet! This year we've added a Friday afternoon Cruise and Garage Tour. Be at the park ready to go at noon on Friday and enjoy some great backroads and some of Detroit's hot rod history.

Probably two of my favorite dudes on the planet right here. Out of all of the builders invited to this years Born Free show, these two guys probably land on each end of the spectrum as far as day to day life goes. I've met a few of the other builders on this years roster, but these two fellas are the only ones I know enough to consider friends.

How I spent my weekend.

Installed some new flooring on the Aprilia.

Rode around a bit.

Sat on this bench. I think a Blood Falcons bench is in order.

Figured out the issue with Zeke's bike.

I'm gonna try to slap something together for the AHRMA 200GP class. I brought the bike home today and starting wrenching. I've got about a month until it's needs to be on the track!

At work we sponsor a few AMA guys. These are two of them. 

New Gadget.

My friends like to give me shit for the amount of gadgetry I have on me at any given time. This is the latest. It's a Bluetooth headset/communicator. You can connect to your phone to listen to tunes, to your sat nav to hear directions, radar detector to hear the beeps, and other stuff like that. You can even use it to talk on the phone, but I don't do that when I'm not on the bike so... It's also able to connect to 3 others in a group so you can talk about gas stops and so on when you're out with the boys. Did I mention it does all this wirelessly? 

I spend a lot of time riding around by myself and so far this thing has helped keep me entertained.
