I'm gonna start buying up all of the 80's and early 90's sportsbikes I can find. It's sure to be the next cool thing after the whole vintage honda cafe racer thing fizzles out.

Chris rode that big white FLH from Vancouver, BC to Nova Scotia (that's canadian for NY to LA for you geographic re'tards) before heading south to New Jersey for the Gypsy Run and Invitational. It was having some issues after the run so it had to be trailered back to SoCal :( Hope he get's it fixed quick and back home soon!

It's a definite maybe.

Who's heading down from these parts?  I don't see why I wouldn't go for at least part of it.

2006 Aprilia SR50 Ditech. 49cc two-stroke liquid cooled fuel injected Italian fun machine. All back together and running better than ever! It's got the following mods: water trap, de-restricted clutch, lighter rollers, and ECU re-pro which bumps up the rev limiter to 9k rpm. Registration is good in MI until April 30, 2014.

Oh, and it's got a fucking lion on it.

STOLEN PANHEAD IN MI!

 This is a guy that Pigpen and I work with. Please repost all the hell over the place. We are posting a $1000.00 reward for information leading to the recovery of the motorcycle, No questions asked.. Over the Labor Day weekend this motorcycle was stolen along with a white enclosed trailer from the parking lot of New Boston Wheel Worx in Michigan. This is a 1949 Pan Head restoration. We assume the thief was after the trailer...the motorcycle is one of a kind and the parts are identifiable. Call Dennis Collier 248-880-4738

Day @ the 'drome.

I was able to get the scooter back in action just it time to hop on it and head to the park for yesterday's action. I ran it in the Pro-Mod class with all the souped up rig's this time and managed to get 3rd out of 7. The dude that took first had an old Honda Aero that was stupid fast (and sounded like a CR80), and the 2nd place finisher was on a well built Yamaha Zuma. A better start would have got me nothing more than the 3rd place. I couldn't close the gap, but they weren't pulling away from me. The Aprilia is still a damn fast machine for a stock 49cc scoot. Rich took the Riverside down to race in the stock moped class and he brought home a 2nd place finish. Good times were had by all!
